Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here's how refunds work for each type of product and service we offer.
Digital Products (E-Books, Guides, Templates)
14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we rely on good faith. If you've downloaded the product and request a refund, we'll still honour it within the 14-day window.
After 14 days, refunds are not available for digital products.
AI Tool Subscriptions (Pro & Unlimited)
Cancel anytime. Your subscription renews monthly. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription and haven't used more than 3 generations, we'll issue a full refund.
After the first billing cycle, no refunds are issued for partial months. Simply cancel before your next renewal to avoid being charged.
Generation Top-Ups
Top-up purchases ($10 for 20 extra generations) are non-refundable once purchased, as they are added to your account instantly. Unused top-up generations do not expire.
Coaching Services (1:1 Coaching, Mock Interviews, Consultations)
Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before your session. Cancellations within 48 hours can be rescheduled once.
- Before the session: Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
- Less than 48 hours notice: We'll reschedule your session once at no extra cost.
- No-shows: If you don't attend your session without notice, the session is forfeited.
- Multi-session packages: Unused sessions can be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you contact us before the package expires.
Coaching Programs (30-Day Program, 3-Month Intensive)
If you're not satisfied after the first session, contact us within 48 hours and we'll issue a full refund minus the cost of the completed session.
After the second session, no refunds are available, but we'll work with you to make sure the program meets your needs.
Free Products (Toni's Tips)
Free products, well, they're free. No refund needed.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@toniexplains.com with:
- Your name
- The email address you used to purchase
- What you purchased
- Your reason (optional, but helps us improve)
We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method.
