All purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy handles payment processing, VAT, and sales tax on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service.

Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. All prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products (e-books, guides, templates) are delivered instantly after purchase. You will receive a download link via email and through the Lemon Squeezy checkout confirmation page.

AI tool access (Resume Generator, LinkedIn Generator, Cover Letter Generator) is activated immediately upon subscription purchase.

5. Coaching Services

Coaching sessions, mock interviews, and consultation calls are booked via our scheduling system. Sessions are conducted via video call at the agreed time.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be rescheduled.

6. AI Tools - Fair Use

Our AI tools are provided for personal career development use. Pro subscribers receive 90 credits per month. Additional credits can be purchased as top-ups ($10 for 25 credits), or you can upgrade to Max ($99/month) for 500 credits per month. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the output of our AI tools.

AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and suggestion. We recommend reviewing and personalizing all generated content before using it in job applications.

7. Your Account

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on toniexplains.com, including text, graphics, frameworks (such as M-E-C, ITS, EIE, BvA, and others), templates, course materials, quiz logic, AI tool interfaces, system prompts, and coaching methodologies, is owned by Shortlisted by Toni Explains and protected by copyright law.

When you purchase or download a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own individual use only. You may not:

Free products (Toni's Tips) are provided for personal use. They may not be rebranded, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.

By signing up for Toni's Rules or downloading free resources, you consent to receiving marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.

Our products and coaching provide career guidance based on professional HR experience. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, salary increases, or promotions. Results depend on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shortlisted by Toni Explains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shortlisted Careers Ltd is registered.
